Lead product strategy for a healthcare IoT and RTLS platform: a fully integrated hardware and software solution that enables major health systems to manage assets, workflows, and patient movement using real-time spatial data.

Enterprise Scale. Facilitating the onboarding of enterprise customers with a rollout plan to deploy InVIEW asset management across 24 states, providing real-time visibility of hundreds of thousands of pieces of medical equipment. Wins include CommonSpirit Health (140 hospitals) and ongoing pilots with the Mayo Clinic.
Commercial Model & Pricing. Owned the roadmap and pricing model (hardware, consumables, and incremental SaaS fees) for a new RFID location module, launched by recognizing an underused capability in an adjacent business unit; now at MVP with a lead customer.
AI-Augmented Product Practice. Design specialized AI agents that accelerate product workflows and train sales, presales, and implementation teams on my products; advise colleagues across HID on agent design; contribute to HID's AI innovation group; work daily across multiple frontier models.
Hardware-Software Strategy. Identified critical gaps in HID's RTLS hardware and influenced leadership to prioritize a full redevelopment effort, defining the technical and user requirements needed to meet enterprise healthcare expectations.
